1. Sealing Fibre-Glass Products
We recommend that all Fibre-Glass products be sealed with two coats of exterior-based house paint or a pot sealer on the inside of the pot before planting. This ensures durability, and longevity and stops potential moisture leeching from your pots.
2. Returns
Goods may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided you have the receipt. We strive for your satisfaction, and if you're not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us within this timeframe.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We will organise freight and forward the cost.
3. Water Features and Installations
For water feature and installation purchases, it's essential to prepare a firm-level surface before installation. Please note that Potteryworld does not provide landscaping services for the installation area.
Please note if the team arrive and needs to prep or landscape the area additional charges will apply.
4. Pre-Order Policy
Items available for pre-order are anticipated to be ready within 12-16 weeks. Refunds are not available once the shipment containing your item has departed its origin. The turnaround time encompasses crafting, glazing, firing, packaging, and shipping of the item.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided after 7 days of purchase. However, we offer store credits beyond this timeframe. Store credits can be applied to your account and used for future purchases, ensuring you continue to enjoy our products and services.
